Came into the florists, typical man last minute to buy flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Within 5 minutes had a beautiful bouquet of flowers freshly made up. Very pleasant and warming when going in to ask if they had any available. Plus, learned a lot more about flowers haha. Thank you very much ! Wife loves them.

Since all the florists in Houghton le Spring have closed we've looked for another local florist and came across the Florist in Shiney Row. Called in to get some Anniversary flowers to be greeted by a lovely couple ( the owners ) who made up a beautiful bouquet. Had a great chat while waiting and I'm over the moon with the bouquet. Ordered an Autumn wreath yesterday, took them one day to put together the most amazing wreath I've ever seen! My partner is over the moon with it. Ordered my nanna some flowers for same day delivery and she received them with in a couple of hours. The bouquet was beautiful and was quite a size for the small price i paid. First time used Eleganza  Florist for Mother's Day and I was very impressed. Picked up one large flower arrangement and 2 smaller ones. Flowers were beautiful and fresh and excellent value for money. I was so impressed by the flowers, cost and service we have ordered a further 2 arrangements and about to order another. The service from Janice and her husband was excellent, I had an order to pick up last Saturday and due to a family emergency couldn't get to pick it up, so I phoned and within an hour Janice arrived at my home and delivered my order, no problem whatsoever.
